Swedish or Hazelack potatoes


Ingredients for 4 persons :

- 1/2 kg of potatoes (varieties: Monalisa, Charlotte)

- 1 L of whole milk

- 2 cloves of garlic

- salt, pepper


Start by turning on the Augoust Multifunction Oven with a large log.

Let the temperature rise to 180°C.

Peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them into thin strips.

Crush the garlic cloves. For me, I took the cast iron casserole dish from the outdoor oven, add the potato slices, the milk and the garlic.

Add salt and pepper. Put in the oven and cook for about 1 hour and a half.

Insert a knife blade to check the cooking of the potatoes, and leave to bake well.
