Ingredients
- One roll of shortcrust pastry
- 800 g mirabelle plums
- 50 g almond powder
- 50 g sugar + 2 tablespoons
Preparation
Remove the stones from the fruit. Heat the Augoust outdoor oven with the rosette and the stone to 180/190°C.
Butter and flour a mould. Unroll the pastry and place it in the base of the tart. Sprinkle the almond powder over the tart base. Arrange the ½ mirabelles in a rosette. Sprinkle with sugar.
Bake in the outdoor oven for 25 minutes. Open the oven and sprinkle the remaining sugar over the tart. Continue baking for 5 minutes.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool. Serve warm or cold.
