Squid with multicoloured peppers


- Number of people: 4

- Preparation time: 25 minutes

- Cooking time : 15 minutes

- Necessary accessories: griddle

Ingredients

1 kg of squid

1 red pepper

1 green pepper

1 yellow pepper

2 cloves of garlic

10 sprigs of flat parsley

A sufficient quantity of olive oil

a few pinches of Espelette pepper

salt, pepper

1. Clean the squid. Peel and finely chop the garlic and chop the parsley leaves.

2. Cut the peppers into not too thin strips.

3. Install the plancha accessory in the Augoust Multifunction Oven. Preheat to 200°C.

4. Pour a generous drizzle of olive oil on the griddle and place the pepper strips with the garlic on top. Season with salt. Stir after a few minutes.

5. When the peppers are almost cooked, add the squid. Add salt and a few pinches of Espelette pepper.

6. Check the cooking after 3 minutes, the squid should be just cooked. Arrange the squid in a dish. Season with pepper and sprinkle with flat parsley. Mix and serve immediately.
