A perfect recipe for this season! Roasted Camembert!
This time I made this recipe on the barbecue. I reassure you that it can also be done in the oven. I wanted to spice it up with a branch of fir tree!
Ingredients :
- 1 camembert in its box
- optional: a small branch of fir for flavouring
Start by making a cross on your camembert and then wrap it, with its box, in double aluminium foil, and close it.
Light your Augoust oven. Get some nice embers and put it on the grill.
Try to keep the temperature at 180°C/200°C for a cooking time of about 20 minutes.
Serve on a slice of toasted country bread for a better taste!
