Aubergine caviar with brasero


Aubergine caviar


Ingredients :

- 4 aubergines

- olive oil - chopped garlic

- 1 lemon juice

- salt and pepper


Cut your aubergines in half lengthways. Slash with the tip of a knife to make a grid pattern.

Brush with olive oil. Turn on your Augoust outdoor oven and raise the temperature to 200°C. Place your aubergines on your grill and cook until they are well grilled. The flesh should be cooked. Set aside.

With a spoon, scoop out your pulp, leaving only the skin. Put it in a blender and add the olive oil, lemon juice, chopped garlic and salt and pepper. Blend well and serve cold on toast, for example!
