Vegetable wood fire pizza

Ingredients :

- yellow and red cherry tomatoes

- broccoli

- yellow and green zucchini

For the dough :

- 1 kg of type 00 flour

- 20 g of fresh baker's yeast

- 30 cl of lukewarm water

- 10 cl of olive oil

- peeled tomatoes

- fine salt

Prepare your pizza dough

In the bowl of the robot put your flour, the salt on one side, the fresh yeast dissolved in a little warm water and place it on the other side so that it does not touch the salt, the oil of olive and water.

Mix everything well so that it separates from the bowl.

Place a film on the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Assembly Cut your cherry tomatoes, your yellow and green zucchini strips. For the broccoli, detach the small bouquets and brown them in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil, about 15 minutes, adding a little water. Salt it all. Take your dough out of the fridge and roll it out on a well-floured work surface. Spread your tomato preparation, and put your vegetables on top. Season to taste, sprinkle with oregano and a drizzle of olive oil.

Light on the four multifonction Augoust / wood fire oven, and raise it to 350°C.
