Poulet tikka massala

Ingredients

4 cloves of garlic

4 cm of fresh ginger

a little olive oil

1 tablespoon paprika

2 teaspoons ground cumin

2 teaspoons ground coriander

3 tablespoons garam massala

200 g plain stirred yoghurt

4 large skinless chicken fillets

2 onions

2 tablespoons tomato paste

1 small handful of crushed cashew nuts

12 cl double cream

1 bunch of coriander

2 limes

salt
